1. Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Every product sold at Kove Sneakers is 100% genuine, sourced from a trusted network of partners including official outlets, overstock distributors, and past-season inventory suppliers. We operate as an independent retailer and are not authorized resellers of the brands we carry.
2. Why are your prices lower than retail?
We focus on outlet, overstock, and past-season inventory. This model allows us to bring you authentic branded sneakers at genuinely discounted prices — no gimmicks, just smarter sourcing.
3. Do products come with the original box?
It depends on the item. Some products include their original packaging, while others may arrive in alternative outlet packaging. Either way, the authenticity and quality of the sneaker remain unaffected.
4. Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for size, color, or preference-related reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We will make it right. If your item arrives with a defect or damage, contact us at hello@kovesneakers.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
6. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes between 8–15 business days depending on your location.
7. Why does delivery take 8–15 business days?
To keep our pricing competitive, we use a cost-efficient shipping method. This allows us to pass the savings on to you while still ensuring your order arrives reliably.
8. My tracking hasn't updated. Should I be worried?
Not at all. We fulfill orders from multiple locations based on inventory availability. After your order is processed, there may be a delay before the carrier scans the package into their network. Tracking will update once it enters the main shipping system — your order is on its way.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. In the event that a product arrives defective, we will provide a replacement of the same model and size, subject to availability.
